that property commonly known as the ~Swar~tek Land. He sts.ted he
has contacted the owner of said property who has issued an order to
the o~i~ners of the animals to vacate same as a paatu~°e end that the
lessee has agreed to remove th.e horses within ~ahir°ty ds.ys.
The Manage3r th~sn presented the City Att.~~r~n~;y°s report on
the problem raised by children working in fire works stands. The
report painted out that the Division of Labor Statistics h,as the
power to determines after hearings whetrier an employment is eligible.
After discussions it was moved by Councilman Sneddons ascended by
Councilman Daetweiler that said report be accepted and that a copy
of same be forwarded to Reverend Roberta who initially raised the

corripleted one yeares service with the Fire Depa.rt~rAent and. is
