The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a regular session in the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, on the above date at 5:00 p.m. Mayor Willard in the chair. Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler, Moffitt, Sneddon and Willard answered roll call. Ordinance No. 569 entitled "AN ORDINANCE IN THE INCORPO- RATED CITY OF LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING TAX DISTRICT N0. 1 OF SAID CITY, FIXING THE RATES OF TAXES, AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1951 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1952." was read by caption for the second time. It was moved by Councilman Bruner, seconded by Councilman Sneddon that further reading of said ordinance be waived. All members present voting aye, the Mayor declared. the motion duly carried. It was moved by Councilman Bruner, seconded by Councilman Sneddon that said ordinance be adopted as read for the second time, finally pass and be published as by law required. Roll Call: Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler, Moffitt, Sneddon and Willard. Noes: None. Absent: None. It was moved by Councilman Daetweiler, seconded by Council- man Sneddon that the meeting adjourn. All members present voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
