Noes o None. Absento None, The Manager reported on the parking problem at the Lynwood High School as requested at the last meeting. He stated that the High School authorities have started a parking plan which will relieve the nuisance created by parking on Cedars Magnolias Burton and other close streets to the High Schoolo He explained that the High School requires registration by the students who desire to drive cars to schools and that they are instructed of the parking area permissible for their us ea The Manager reported on the bids received at a previous meeting for the construction of traffic signals at Cedar Street and Long Beach Boulevards stating that Electric Machinery Service Company was the low bidders and recommended that the project be awarded themo Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Bruners seconded by Councilman Sneddon that said recommendation be approved and con t;~act awardedo Roll Callo Ayesa Councilmen Bruners Daetweilers Moffitts Sneddona and Willardo Noeeo Noneo Absento None.
