The Greencastle Board of Works met in Executive Session Friday, December 19, 2003,
8:30 a.m. at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Sue Murray and George Murphey. Also present was
City Attorney Robertson - Hardwick.
This meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(B), Pending Litigation.
The Board advised City Attorney Robertson - Hardwick to work with plaintiff's attorney
regarding a settlement.
Motion to adjourn was made by George Murphey, seconded by Sue Murray. Vote was
unanimous.
