Davidson and Margaret Davidson had agreed to sell the necessary property at the rate of 35~ per square foot, said property being in Tract 92 of the City of i,ynwood) sales price being in the amount of #89.95• ,After discussion it was moved by Councilman Moffitt, seconded by Councilman Sneddon that said purchase be authorized, warrant drawn, and Ms.yor and City Clerk instructed to execute the necessary docu- ments in connection therewith.
