Improvement Act District, and recom~aaend.ir.~~; that it be extended by the City and costs recovered by tap charge,® He further stated that development in the area indicates that the complete cost9 which would amount to less thar^~ ~8COeCC9 would be recovered in approximately six months. The Manager pointed out that the street is in the County and that the entire attendance at the g a;hool are County cit iz eras e a.nd that he felt that the City had no responsibility in tkie ~aatter.
