Whereupons Councilman Bruner stated he had a pressing ~agagei.e.1~ n requesting to be excused from the remainder of the a°~eeting. It was moved by Councilman Moffitts seconded by Council mars Daetweilera that Councilman Bruner be excused. All members present voting ayes the Mayor declared the motion duly carried, A communication was read from the St. 9incent de Paul Sr~ciety requesting a free license to conduct salvage pickup in LynYr~od in conne~ti.oi~ Frith their charitable work, It was moved by Ce~un~;ilman Daetweilera seoonded by Councilman Sneddona that said license be issuede free of charge. A11 members present voting ayes thy; Mayor declared the motion duly carried. The Manager°s report on sewer bids for Peach street sewer improvement was read wherein it was pointed out that Cotter arsd ~~hepard. were the low bidders.
