Whereupone it was moved by Councilman Bruner, seconded

Whereupon9 Planning Commission Resalution No, 84 was

The Clerk stated that this Resolution had been passed

Whereupong Mr. K, F. Thornpsone of 108th Street directed
~~ q~,es~ion to the City Attorney as to the legality of a Commission
over~$~uling such a petition.
