by Councilman Daetweilera that the appeal of Mrs, Barbee of the
Planning Commission e.ct~,.on as outlined in Resolution Noo 89 be

Electric Railway and the City of Lynwood covering two parking
areas at Atlantic and F'ernwood Avenues, It was moved by Council-
man Daetweilera seconded by Councilman Pearsone that the Mayor
and City Clerk be aut:~orized to execute said lease,

The Manager presented an agreement between the County
of Los Angeles and tie City of Lynwood for the enforcement of
the industrial waste ordinance within the City. it was moved
by Councilman Pearson8 seconded by Councilman Daetweiler, that
the May~:r s.nd Clerk be instructed to execute said. agreement.

plans and specifications for the swimming pool and recommended
that said agreement be held over until the next meeting for
further study, It was moved by Councilman Daetweiler, seconded.

The Manager presented a petition requesting annexation
of certain territory to be known as "Wright Road Annex No, ~~
and presented another petition requesting that certain portions
of said proposed annexation be excluded from the area proposed
to be s.nnexed.
It was moved by Councilman Daetweiler, seconded by
Councilman Brurers gnat the Engineer be instructed to prepare
a map and. legal description of the proposed Wright Road Annex.

ly prese~atede and forward same to the Los Angeles County Boundary
Committee for its approval. All members present voting ayes the
Mayor declared the motion duly carried,
The Mans.ger presented the report on the 2-hour parking
requested on Magnolia Avenue between school and Bullis Fioad. It
was moved by Councilman Daetweiler, seconded by Councilman
Brunere that the Chief of Police be directed to investigate
possib.il.ities of ~o parking an one side of the street in lieu
of the restricted 2~hour parking requested. All members present
voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried,
The Manager presented a petition signed by a Mrs.
Albert Jones and fourteen others wherein they request no parking on
one side of the street on Burton Avenue betvreen Long Beach Boule-
vard and Bullis Road. It was moved by Councilman Peareone seconded
by Councilman Brunere that the C2}ief of Police be instructed to
investigate and yet on this matter. All members present voting
aye9 the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
It was regularly moved by Councilman Daetweiler, seconded by
Councilman Peareone that the demands presented at the meeting of June
48 19528 having been regularly audited, are hereby allowed and ap-
provede and warrants ordered drawn on the City Treasurer therefor in
accordance with and to the payees named and the funds indicated in
the several demands hereby approved,
