The Manager presented a letter from Mr. V. Aa Nation
t~er~uesting the City to enter into an agreement for surfacing of
°~he northerly 70 feet of" Lot 175 of Tract No. 8716 for public
parking purposes, The Manager stated that it has been the policy
to enter into this type of agreement and the City to surface the
~.t~ts at no coat to the property owner.
