to consider possible ad,~ustment of present gasoline contract
prices9 due to recent gasoline price increases, After dis~
cussione it was moved. by Councilman Brunere seconded by Coun~
cilman Sneddong that said matter be referred to the City
Attorney to check and report on the legality of any price ad~
~ustment under the terms of the contract. All members voting

acgrxir'ed the above named cab companies and requests that the
permits issutd under the abov~3 named cab companies be trans
ferr~.1 to him and the names changed to that of "Lynwood Cab
Company."
In conjunction with saic~i transfers the Clerk pre®
aented a report from the Chief of Police concerning the new
owner in which he states that his records indicate that Mr.
Crawfordea reputation in this business is excellent.
