propoF~ed Southern Ca7_ifornia Edison Company rate increase
app~.ic;ation filed with the Public Utilities Commission.
In h~ s report he ®tatec~. that he felt the City of Lynwood
should register a protest against at least two portions of
the proposed increasese one being the different rate changes
f®~' various zones within the system9 arzd twoA the proposed
water pumping rates.
