A11 members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion d~,,Tl~~ carried. ~~ Planning Commission P.eaolution No. 104 was preaented~ wherein the Planning Commission approved the change of zone from R-1 to R-3 requested by Criss W. Heller for the Westerly 759 of Lot ,~, Tract 5103 (ex the southerly 190'). There was considerable discussion regarding the possible use of a variance to allow more control of the use of the property. After further discussion, it was moved by Gouncilmar~ Sneddon, seconded by Councilman Daetweiler, that said matter be held. over for further study until the next regular meeting. All members voting a,ye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried. Planning" Commission Resolution No. 105 was presented, wherein approval was given to the change of zone from R-3 to R-1 of Lots 1 - 20; Tract 15325 for the purpose of correcting the conflict between present zoning; and existing tract res- trictions.
