If you stand on Cedarwood and look toward our building - the house on the left which was recently remodeled by an owner from California, Jane Costlick and the contractor, Tony Petrea - has for years had their fence on our (City) property. We know this now because of the stakes when it was surveyed. The one in the back has been pulled up (park side) but the one in the front was still there the other day. I met the owner 2 months ago and she is aware of the encroachment and stated that they intended to move the fence to their property line. I also talked to Tony Petrea about this during the construction phase. Nothing has been done so far and the house is now finished and being used as a duplex vacation rental. We would appreciate the City handling the removal of the fence or facilitating their removing it. This will give us additional access on that side of our building which we can then use effectively.
