Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler Pearson, Sneddon, and `~iilla~d answered the roll call. It yeas moved by Councilman Sneddon, seconded by Counoilman Brizner, that the minutes of the previous regular meeting of January 19, 1951- be approved as written.
