The Clerk stated that the Air Pollution Control order abandoning commercial and industrial incineration, effective July 1, 1957, has created a problem of enforcing section 5903(16) of the Business License Ordinance, which req'uir'es a fee of 400..00 per year far trash collectors. The Clerk requested authorization to investigate and report to the Council the feasibility of reducing the present license fee for persons conducting said trash .and refuse disposal business. It was moved by Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Summers, that the Council concur in the City Clerkts request to investigate said matter.
