CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2016-68
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO
SUBMIT FINAL PLAT FOR CAPITAL KNOLL
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2014-78
WHEREAS, on November 5, 2014, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2014-78,
granting preliminary plat approval to Princeton Capital (the "Applicant") to subdivide property
which is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the final plat was required to be submitted
to the City within 180 days or the preliminary plat was to be considered void, unless a written
request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, on May 5, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution 2015-35, granting the
Applicant an extension of time to meet the terms and conditions of preliminary plat and to submit
the final plat for Capital Knoll; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an additional extension to meet the terms and
conditions of preliminary plat approval and to request final plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The application for final plat must be submitted to the City by November 5, 2016
or the preliminary plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time
extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved by the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2014-78 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, Martin, Mitchell, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Legal Description of the Property
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 118, Range
23, Hennepin County, Minnesota that lies East of the West 689.00 feet thereof and South
of the centerline of County Road No. 9.
