Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin, and. Summers answered. the roll call. Councilman Pender was absent. It was moved. by Councilwoman .McMeekin, seconded. by Council- man Summers, that the minutes of the previous regular meet- ing of January 21, 1958, be approved. as written. All mem- bers present voting aye, the Mayor declared. the, motion dul~T carried.
