Mayor Finch in the chair.
Councilmen Finch, Pender, and. Summers arbswered. the roll
call.
Councilmen Compton and. English were absent.
It was moved by Councilman Pender, seconded. by Councilman
Summers, that the minutes of the regul.a.r meeting of May c0,
1958 be approved. as written. All members present voting
aye, the Mayor declared. the motion duly carried..
The .Clerk presented for the Councils consideration
Planning Commission Resolution No. 199 which was held.
over from the last regular meeting.
Councilman English arrived. and. took his place at the
Council table.
After considerable discussion between members of the City
Council, the owners representative, and th.e Building
Official, it was moved by Councilman Pender, seconded. by
Councilman Summers, that the Council concur in the action
of the Planning Commission in granting said. variance.
Roll Call:
Ayes; Councilmen English, Finch, Pender, and Summers.
Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman Compton.
ORDINANCE N0. 673 entitled. "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 493 BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION 17 TO ARTICLE I AND BY REPEALING ARTICLE XVII
AND ADDING A NEW ARTICLE XVTI." was presented. for the
second. time. It was moved. by Councilman Pender, seconded.
by Councilrrian Summers, that further reading be waived..
All members present voting aye, the Mayor declared. the
motion duly carried.
It was moved. by Councilman Pender, seconded. by Councilman
English, that said. ordinance be adopted as read for the
secand time, finally pass, and be published as required
by law. .

Noes: None.

LYNWOOD PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CITATIONS FOR
VIOLATIONS OF CITY ORDINANCES." was presented for the
second. time. It was moved. by Councilman Summers,
seconded. by Councilman English, that further reading be
waived.. All members present voting aye, the Mayor
declared. the motion duly carried..
It was moved by Councilman Pender, seconded by Councilman
Summers, that said ordinance be adopted as read for the
second. time, finally pass, and be published. as required.

City Council, institution of proceedings for the vacation Vacation

AND DELIVER DIAGRAM OF ACQUISITION FOR. AND OF PROPERTY WITHIN

Pender, that said. resolution be adopted.
