SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 10, 1958
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. met in a special
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road., on above date
at x:30 p.m.
Mayor Finch in the chair.
Councilmen Finch, Pender, Rowe, and. Summers answered. the
roll .call.
Councilman English was absent.
The Mayor stated the purpose of the special meeting as
follows: Adoption of an emergency ordinance regulating
the use of public off-street parking lots.
ORDINANCE N0. 685 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBE~t 673 BY CHANGING .THE
NUMBER OF SECTIQN 17 TO 18 AND CHANGING NUMBERS 1 TO 10
INCLUSIVE, TO A SINGLE NUMBER, VIA.: 210, AND PROVIDING
SUBSECTIONS THEREUNDER." was read in full. It was moved
by Councilman Pender, seconded by Councilman .Summers,
that said. ordinance be adopted and published..
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Finch, Pender, Rowe, and Summers.
Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman English.
It was moved by Councilman Summers, seconded by Councilman
Pender, that the meeting be ad,~oux~ned. All members present
voting aye, the Mayor d.ecl~red. the motion duly carried..
