Councilmen English, Finch, Pend.er, Rowe, and. Summers answered the roll call. It was moved by Councilman English, seconded. by Councilman Pender, that the minutes of the regular meeting of February 17, 1959 be approved. as written. Anderson for change 212 - hearing of zone from R-1 to R-2 of the west one-half of Lot 1410, on appeal set Tract 3389 (365o Josephine Street). The Clerk also pre- sented. a communication from Mr. George Anderson, the applicant, wherein he appealed. the decision of the Plan- ning Commission in denying his requested. change of zone. The Clerk stated. that zoning ordinance, No. 570, provides that where an appeal ha s. been filed. against the action of the Planning Commission, the Council must conduct a separate hearing, and. recommended. that the hearing be set for the Council meeting of April 7.
