Councilmen English, Finch, Pend.er, Rowe, and. Summers answered the roll call. It was moved by Councilman English, seconded. by Councilman Pender, that the minutes of the regular meeting of February 17, 1959 be approved. as written. A17, members voting aye, the Mayor declared. the motion duly carried. Res. 59-14 RESOLUTION N0. 59-14 entitled. "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Demands OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS PRESENTED AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR." was presented. Planning Commission Resolution No. 212 Plan.Com.Res. which denied. the request of George R. Anderson for change 212 - hearing of zone from R-1 to R-2 of the west one-half of Lot 1410, on appeal set Tract 3389 (365o Josephine Street). The Clerk also pre- sented. a communication from Mr. George Anderson, the applicant, wherein he appealed. the decision of the Plan- ning Commission in denying his requested. change of zone. The Clerk stated. that zoning ordinance, No. 570, provides that where an appeal ha s. been filed. against the action of the Planning Commission, the Council must conduct a separate hearing, and. recommended. that the hearing be set for the Council meeting of April 7.
