It was moved. by Council- man Pend.er, seconded by Councilman Rowe, that the Council concur in the recommendation of the Clerk in granting the renewai.of said dance permit. After considerable discussion regarding the nuisances cr°eated by the pigeons, it was moved. by Councilman Finch, v:econded by Councilman English, that the permit be ~~raanted for a period of sixty days, with the provision ~:~ra~ the pigeons may be liberated-for exercise only '~~~ ~,ween the hours of 6 a ,m. Wright .Rda The Manager reque:~ted authorization to prepare an ordinance setback which would. establish a 1G1 setback on the east side of authorized.. Wright Road extending northerly from Century Boulevard.. The Marbager stated. that providing for said 101 setback would. allow for the future widening of Wright Road. to its proper width.
