The City Attorney presented a supplemental report on the
r°eapportionment of the State Senate. It was moved by
~`ou.ncilman Pender, seconded. by Councilman Summers, that
said. suppleme~ital report be accepted. and. filed.
It was ~°o~~red by Councilman Pender, seconded. by Council-
man Rou~Te, that the City Council approve in principle a
more equitable plan of representation in the California
State Senate.
