The City Council of the City of Lynwood. met in a regular session
in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 7:30 p.m.
The Deputy City Clerk called. the roll, and. there was no response.
Whereupon, lacking a quorum, the Deputy City Clerk declared. the
meeting adjourned. until the next regular meeting of November 3, 1959•
