He recommended. that home occupation permits be granted. in extraordinary and. extenuating circumstances only, such as physically handicapped. and occupations that are traditionally carried. on in the home. Following discussion of the present procedures and. ordinances raegarding home occupation applications, it was moved. by Councilman Pend.er, seconded. by Councilman Summers, that said. home occupation application be approved.
