AUTHORIZING THE REJECTING OF BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING REBIDDING - ANNUAL EMERGENCY SEWER
SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret, (the "Borough") has previously solicited and
received bids for the Annual Emergency Sewer Services Contract; and
WHEREAS, on a of said bid submittals, it has been determined that all of the
submittals substantially exceed the anticipated budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that all of the bid submittals
received for the Annual Emergency Sewer Services Contract are hereby rejected;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to rebid
for Annual Emergency Sewer Services.
