Summers answered the roll call. Mayor Finch was absent. Mayor pro tempore Summers in the chair, It was moved. by Councilman English, seconded by Councilman Pender, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 15, 196C, be approved as written. All members present voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried. RESOLUTION N0. 60-18 entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS PRESENTED AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR," was presented..
