SPECIAL MEETING MAY 31, 1960
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date
at 7 p.m.
Mayor Finch in the chair.
Councilmen Duncan, English, Finch, Pender and. Rowe answered. the
roll call.
The Mayor stated the reasons for the special meeting, as follows:
1. Approval of agreement for concession in
the city park.
2. Discussion of bud-get for 1960-61 fiscal year.
The concession agreement between the City of Lynwood and. Davis;-
Charles F. Davis for lease of recreation areas for sale of concession
refreshments was presented. It was moved. by Councilman Pender, in park.
seconded. by Councilman Duncan, that the agreement be approved..
Roll Call:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, English, Finch, Pender and. Rowe.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
The budget for the 1960-61 fiscal year was discussed. in detail. Budget
No action was taken. discussed,
It was moved. by Councilman Pender, seconded by Councilman English,
that the meeting be adjourned. All members voting aye, the
Mayor declared. the motion duly carried..
