REGULAR MEE TINCx SEPTEMBER 2 0 , 1960
The City Co~zncii of the City of Lynwood met in a regular
session. in the City Ha 11, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at ~T:30 p.m,
Mayor Finch in the chair.
Councilmen Duncan, English, Finch, Fender and Rowe
answered the roll call.
It •;~as moved by Councilman Fender, seconded by Councilman
Duncan, that the minl.ltes of the regular meeting of
September 6, 1960, be approved as written. All members
voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
RE~O.T.~UTION N0. 6052 c;ntitled: "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOUD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE
DEMANDS PRESENTED AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR."
T.Nas presented. It was moved by Councilman English,
seconded by Councilma.rr Rowe, that the resolution be
adopted.

The Clerk presented the application of Cross Town Bus
Liar-~s for authority f;o re-route their Route l~+ which was
held over from thr~ la„t rE:gular meeting, and stated ghat
Mr. Car~:~on was present-; at; the invitation of the Council
to r-xplai.n the purpose of dhanging the present bus route.
Mr. James Carson, representing Cross Town Bus Lines,
addressed the Council acrd explained that the change would
~" provide more frequent service, serve more potential pas-
; serigers, and that the present service on Bullis Road is
not warranted because o:P the lack of patronage.
Af"ter discussion of the proposed changes, it was moved by
Council:~~nan Rowe, seconded by Councilman English, that said
application as filed be accepted. All members voting aye,
the Mayor declared the moi,ion duly carried.

Sidewalk Mr. Archie Legg, 3671 P.at;t Avenue, inquired if the City :i.s
