It 'was moved by Councilman Ponder, seconded by Councilman ~"'~ Rowe, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 20, 1960 be approved as written. All members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried. RESOLUTION N0. ~0-54 entitled: CO~.~TCIL OE T~3E CITY OF LYNWOOD DEMANDS PRESENTED AIv'D ORDERING was presented.
