It 'was moved by Councilman Ponder, seconded by Councilman ~"'~ Rowe, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 20, 1960 be approved as written. All members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried. RESOLUTION N0. ~0-54 entitled: CO~.~TCIL OE T~3E CITY OF LYNWOOD DEMANDS PRESENTED AIv'D ORDERING was presented. The Clerk recommended that said claim fo7° damages be referred to the City~s insurance car~•ier for answer and disposition on behalf of the City of Lynwood. The discussed, Clerk stated that the Planning Ordinance (No. 410) and the Mate Planning Law dace not require a member to reside in the City, btzt that the ordinance provides that a member may be removed by the Mayor of the City, with the concurrence of the City Cotzn.ci.l.
