Mate Planning Law dace not require a member to reside in the
City, btzt that the ordinance provides that a member may be
removed by the Mayor of the City, with the concurrence of the
City Cotzn.ci.l. Mayor Finch stated that he would discuss the
matter with Commissioner Yerger.
