The Manager presented for the Councils consideration an itemized breakdown of Change Order No, 3 and an alternate for the kitchen equipment in the community services build- ing, which was held over from the last regular meeting. The Manager recommended that the original proposal to use stainless steel, standard production kitchen equipment be approved at a price of $31,762.68, and. that a change order be authorized replacing the kitchen equipment in the original contract to insure responsibility and constant supervision, Following a discussion on deleting certain items and cY~arges for installation, it was moved by Councilman Duncan, seconded by Councilman English, that the bus carts (Item No. 10) be eliminated, stainless steel materials used, and Change Order No, 3 providing for the complete installation of kitchen equipment be provided, thereby ad-ding as an extra $30,712e28 to the contract with Etherton Construction Company.
