`I'~ie': Clerak prF~sented a c°ommunic;ation from R. M. Brigham,
s52~ Agnes Street, requesting the Council to adopt an
c~~~dir~.=~rrcc~ which would require the licensing of cats in
t;hcs City of Lynwood. It was moved by Councilman Pender,
seconded by Councilman Duncan, that said communication be
accepted and f.'iled. A11. members voting aye, the Mayor
declar. ed the rnof;ion duly carried .
The Clerk presented an application from Harris Products,
Inc. for a special permit to operate the business of a
trailer court at 11500 Wright Road. The Clerk stated that
t;'r1~.~ Health, Fire, and Police Departments have made the
n~>c.°~-ssary inspections and found the premises satisfactory
for Said 'r~usiness, anal as License Collector, recommended
the approval of said special permit. After discussion,
-~t wa, agr<ed that said application would be held over
until the next regular meeting.
The Cler°k presented a communication from Mrs. Fred A.
Neuhs, 10982 Pine, complaining of the condition of the
p=wing at Pine and Imperial. It was moved by Councilman
En.g~~.i_str, seconded by Mayor Finch, that said communication

Ma~~dger, Recreation Director, and Attorney be authorized to
~;r.o.~eed ~v~ith n.egof;iation with Mr. Ruhe for the operation of
a '~;aby zoo in Lugo Park, on a one-year trial basis.
