All members voting aye, the Mayor ~ declared the motion duly carried. RESOLUTION N0. 61-15 entitled: "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CGUIvCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS PRESENTED AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR," was presented. The Manager also presented the report from the City Attorney ccnce.rning what legislation the Council could pass to r~~g~ulat~ *;he distribution of handbills and other advertising ;x~af,~~rial. It was moved by Councilman Pender, seconded by T~~~yor Finch, that the Council study said reports and that any farther action be held in abeyance ~u.ntil the next regular rneeting. All members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried. The r~arrager presented a report on the City~s practice of maintaining the Pacific Electric Railway property wherein :die recommended that the City continue to maintain such right of way as a general public interest project until p:r°c~sent efforts for additional grade crossings and beautification have been completed. After discussion, it was moved by Councilman Duncan, seconded by Councilman Pender, that said report be accepted and filed. All members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
