The Clerk application stated that the necessary cards had been mailed, with one withdrawn, objection filed, and that the Building Inspector ha~~~ issued the necessary Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Duhamel addressed the Council and stated that only tele~ phone calls would be received and no repairs would be done at the home. After discussion as to whether or not a permit would be needed, Mr. Duhamel withdrew his application. He also presented a Health Department report on the Tovatt Truck Terminal. The Manager reported that the 1961-~62 tentative budget would be ready f'or the CouncilTS study early next week, and requested that the Council consider conducting an ad jourraed rneEsting to discuss catering and maintenance of the Corr~nunity Service Building which is near completion.
