RESOLUTION NO. 05-01
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
DEDICATING INTERESTS IN CERTAIN DISTRICT LANDS FOR
PUBLIC OPEN SPACE PURPOSES
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby resolve
as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 86-6, the Board of Directors does hereby dedicate for public
open space purposes (pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 5540) the interests in land
held by the District shown herein, except for possible development rights which might be
transferred to or for the benefit of other lands.
