Dear Custodian of Public Records,
I would like to make the following requests under Chap 119 and Art I Sec 24 Fla. Constitution.
The public records responsive to this request are pertinent to pending litigation and thus the need for
a copy of these public records is heightened and paramount. If possible, I will be willing to pay a '
rush' service charge to acquire these documents as soon as possible.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP YOU PRODUCE THESE
RECORDS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
Attached to this email are three electronic public records in your custody. I discovered them on your
agency's website. I have reproduced these public records and attached each reproduced record for
your reference and convenience. You will note that I have labeled the three attached public records
as:
PRR 16-2098 - Laserfiche WebLink which is published online at http://WWW2.gulf-
stre a m. o m/we b l i n k/0/do c/760 53/Pag a 1. a s px
PRR 16-2098.1 - Laserfiche WebLink which is published online at http://WWW2.gulf-
stream.o rg/web I i n k/0/doc/79152/Page 1. aspx
PRR 16-2098.2 - Laserfiche WebLink which is published online at http://WWW2.qulf-
stream.org/weblink/O/doc/79162/Pagel.aspx
Each of these three public records is the Laserfiche Weblink page on your agency's website that
includes the online publication of the first public record page of an electronic file that also contains
other public record pages. Specifically, the electronic file identified on your agency's website as PRR
16-2098 contains 651 public record pages; the electronic file identified on your agency's website as
PRR 16-2098.01 contains 576 public record pages; the electronic file identified on your agency's
website as PRR 16-2098.02 contains 122 public record pages. In total there are 1349 public records
pages associated with this public record request. Of those 1349 pages, 1345 are public records
produced in response to the request you have labeled PRR 16-2098.
I request to obtain a certified copy of the three records I have described above which are illustrated
by means of each of the attachments to this email. To be clear, I am NOT requesting a certified copy
of the first public record page of each of these files. I AM requesting a certified copy of each of the
Laserfiche Weblink electronic pages that contains that first public record page of each of these files
along with the adjacent Metadata entry and other notations typical of the Laserfiche Weblink page. I
also am NOT requesting any other records from these files. I therefore anticipate that the total
number of public records that will be responsive to this request is three pages. I further anticipate
that the responsive records will look substantially similar to the three attachments to this email.
I am not sure how you can practically certify electronic records. Therefore, to make this as easy as
possible for you, help you produce the responsive public records as quickly as possible and with the
least amount of effort on your part I offer the following suggested method for producing these public
records. If you will follow each of the links provided above and position your cursor in the center of
each electronic page then right click, your websites software will create a PDF of the electronic page.
I will consider a paper print (each certified by the Custodian) of each of those three PDFs to be a full
and complete response to this request.
I am NOT asking you to create a public record. I am asking that you produce the public records that
exist on your website as I have described them and as I have captured them for your reference.
Please let me know as soon as possible if there is any part of this public record request you do not
understand or if you need any additional clarification.
Please respond to chrisoharegulfstreamna.gmail.com with any communications regarding this request
I will go to your office to pay for and pick up these records as soon as you tell me they are ready.
Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter
Best regards,
Chris O'Hare
