A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE POTTER CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PROJECT
Whereas, on the 1St of June 2023, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate
of Costs were filed with the City of Tiffin for the Potter Creek Interceptor Sewer Project;
and,
Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and
Estimate of Costs were published as required by law,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the Potter Creek
Interceptor Sewer Project be approved with the approval of this resolution,
On the 6th day of June 2023, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Olney introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2023-038, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COSTS FOR THE POTTER CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris.
Ayes: Orris, Limkemann, Schnedler, Havens, Olney.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2023-038, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE
POTTER CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 6th day of June, 2023.
