':ihe City Clerk admi.ni.stered the oath of office and issued
certificates of election to Councilmen Ham and McMillan, who
took their seats at the Council f;ab1_e.
The P([ayor declared a 5-minute recess,
T~~ organi_zam ~+'~~llow:ing the recess, the Cl.ty Clerk called the meeting to
t =_on of order and announced that this eras the time for the Council.
