Mayor Duncan in the chair. Councilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, McMillan and Rowe an;~wered the roll call. ~~ It was moved by Councilman Ham, seconded by Councilman Rowe, that the minutes of the previous regular meeting of December 18, 162, be approved as written.
