A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, MAKING
CERTAIN FINDINGS AND ADOPTING REVISED GOLF COURSE USE FEES FOR THE
CITY OF McCALL AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on November 11, 2009 the Golf Advisory Committee met with the Golf
Course Superintendent and Golf Course Pro Shop Manager, and recommended a rate
increase; and
WHEREAS, according to Idaho Code 63-1311 A a public hearing is necessary when the
fee increase is in excess of five percent (5%); and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was properly noticed in the Star News for two consecutive
weeks, January 14,2010 and January 21, 2010; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 28, 2010; and
WHEREAS, costs of operating the municipal golf course continue to rise; and
WHEREAS, the rates proposed for adoption are reasonable; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes that the golf rate fees be updated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO:
