6~+ Capital Fund Expenditure Budget. The Manager exp~.ained
the major expenditures contemplated and following discus-
Sion of the various items, it was moved by Councilman
Finch, seconded by Counci~.mar. Rowe, that the Capital Fund
Expenditure Budget,as presented by the Manager,~be adopted,

The Manager presented for the Cou~r.cilos acceptance the
following grant deed and partial r.°eccnveyance for the
widenin~'of Santa Fe Avenue, the purchase cf which was
previo~asly a~xthorized:
The ~aS~erly T2 feet of Lots SCE, 51, 52 end 53 of Tract
921, as shown on map recorded in Boc~i~ ~.8, pages 1C6 and
lU7 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, California,

It was moved by Councilman. Finch, seconded by Ccuncilman

The Manager' presented a report from the Traffic Authority
recommending establishment of boulevard stop signs at
various locations within the city. Councilman Duncan
suggested that action on said recomrr~endation be held in
abeyance until the next regular meeting to allow the
Council additional time to study the reouest.
After cT:lscussion, it was moved by Ccuncilman Finch,
seconded by Councilman McMillan, that RESOLUTION N0.
63-48 entitled: "A RESOLUTION GF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY Or LYNWOOD AMENDING :RESOLUTION N0, 60-20, DESIGNATING
CERTAIN INTERSECTIGNS AS STOP INTERSECTIONS." be adopted,

The Manager presented for the Co'arcii~s approval an
agreement with the City of Inglewood for the purchase of
500 acre feet of Central Basin pumping allocation from
the City of Inglewood, for $1G,00 per acre foot, since
they are able to meet their water needs from other
sources th:~s water year,
It was r~~oved by Councilman Duncan, seconded by Councilman
McMillan, that the CoU.nci1 approve said agreement as pre-
sented by the Manager, and au.th^rize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute the same on behalf cf the citya
