It was moved by Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Duncan, that the minutes of the previous rega.lar meeting of July 16, 1863, be approved as written. It was moved by Councilman Rowe, seconded by Councilman McMillan, that said inspection report be accepted and filed, All memberrs voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried, The Clerk presented a commu.nicatien from the Camp Fire Girls of Washington School requesting permission to sell Christmas and all-occasion cards, during the :months of August and Septemder, 1y63. The Clerk presented a communication from. the Citizents Commendation Assistance Relay League commendir:g the Council for the valuable assistance and co-operation rendered at the from Citizen Assistance Citizengs Band Jamboree.
