The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above date at 7030 p.m. It was moved by Councilman Finch, seconded by Councilman Rowe, that the minutes of the regular meeting of October 1, 1963, be approved as written. All members voting aye, the Ma~ror declared the motion duly carried. The Manager suggested that the communications be referred to the Parking Commission for their consideration.
