The Manager presented a report wherein trte Parking Pedestrian
Comrr,ission recommended treat the: Cotancil take appropriate gate construe
action to provide a ~>edestrian gate between. Chester. tion held ova
Street and 11335 Court Street. The Manager recommended
that the Council appl:ove the construction of said gate
at an expenditure not to ex~cced $1C'~~.00.
The City Attorney advised the Cou.nc;i:'. that th.e construc-
tion of said gate by fete city for private usage, would

the Cou.ncii regarding the hazardotns condition of Carlin improvement
Avenue west of Atlantic Avenue, due to the narrow width requested
of pavement,
