A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF MCCALL, IDAHO, ACCEPTING THE GRANT
OFFER OF THE STA TE OF IDAHO, THROUGH THE IDAHO TRANSPORT AITON
DEPARTMENT, DIVISION OF AERONAUTICS, IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $7,246, TO
BE USED UNDER THE IDAHO AIRPORT AID PROGRAM, PROGRAM NUMBER:
FAA8MYL, PROJECT NUMBER: 3-16-0023-015/017/018, IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
MCCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have the authority to accept Grant offers; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that accepting the Grant Offer of the State
of Idaho is in the best interests of the City of McCall and its citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Council of the City of McCall
that:
Section 1:
The City shall accept the Grant Offer of the State of Idaho in the amount of $7,246, for the
purpose of obtaining State Aid under Program Number: F AA8MYL, Project Number: 3-16
0023-015/017/018 in the development of the McCall Municipal Airport.
Section 2:
The Mayor of the City of McCall is hereby authorized and directed to sign the Statement of
Acceptance, of said Grant Offer (entitled Acceptance), on behalf of the City. The City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature of the Mayor and to impress the official
seal of the City on the aforesaid statement of Acceptance.
Section 3:
A true copy of the Grant Agreement referred to herein be attached hereto and made a part
thereof.
