PROVIDING FOR 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL PARKING ALONG DESIGNATED
PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance #08 -28 which was adopted at a regular meeting of
the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret on July 24, 2008, the
following streets shall be designated 2 hour residential parking areas:
Name of Street Side Time Limit
Swarthmore Drive Both Two Hours
Hours/Days Location
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 750 feet from the
Mon. through Fri. intersection of
Harrison Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned streets be designed
2 -hour Residential Parking Permit Areas in the Borough of Carteret and will take effect
immediately.
