WHEREAS, bids for Boiler Replacement Police were authorized; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to award
said bid; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on December 15, 2000:

AWARD OF BID BOILER REPLACEMEMNT POLICE DEPARTMENT
NOT TO EXCEED: $35,300.00
According to the terms set forth in Bid.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.
