Councilmen Duncan, Ham, McMillan, Siokos and Smith answered the roll call. It was moved by Councilman Ham, seconded by Councilman Siokos,, that the minutes of the meeting. of January 5, 1865, be approved as written. All members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried. RESO,UTIOis N0. 65-4 entitled : COUNCIL ~.;., THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DEMANDS PF:~SENTED AND ORDERING was presented. It was moved by seconded ~y Councilman Duncan, adopted. Roll Call: Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Ham, Noes: None, Absent: ]done. "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY Res. 65-4 ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE Demands WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR." Councilman Siokos, that said resolution be McMillan, Siokos, Smith. "Alam.eda Street Annexation No. 5-A," the Clerk Annex No.5-A pre~enred hi~~ affidavits of publication as required by la~,n+, and stated that no written protests to the proposed ~~r:~nexa uion have been filed . inrhereuxon, the Mayor inquired if there were any present wishing to be heard on said matter. Mr. ri. r'. Thompson, 2652 108th Street, inquired as to the future zoning of the proposed annexation, and emphasized ~ .that he was not protesting the proposed annexation. The Mayor inquired if there were any other wishing to be heard. There being no response, it was moved by Councilman Ham, seconded by Councilmen`Siokos,that said hearing be concluded. All members voting aye, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
