It was moved by Councilman Ham, seconded by Councilman Siokos, that the Council grant permission to said organization to conduct fund raising appeals in the City of Lynwood. Storm drain The Manager presented for the CouncilYS approval the agreement engineering with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District for the agreement design of the storm drain systems in the City of Lynwood, as with L.A. approved in the 1964 bond election. Whereupon, it was moved by Councilman Ham, seconded by Councilman Siokos, that the Council approve the agreement between the Los Angeles County Flood Control District and the City of Lynwood for the preparation of the necessary engineer- ing plans in connection with the storm drain ~rork in the City of Lynwood, and/authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute said Roll Call• agreement on behalf of the city. Whereupon, it was moved by Councilman Da,ncar.., seconded by Councilman Smith, that the Council approve said amended agreement and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execu$e the same on behalf of the City of Lynwood.
